| Haraldsgaten var full av folk i dag. Kaien
likeså. Og mens gårsdagen var preget av en kjølig, nordlig
vind, har dette vært nok en fin sommerdag. Indre kai sydet av festivalstemning
med masse folk, uteservering (ikke bare øl), solbadende folk på
båtdekkene, jazzmusikk fra båter og utesteder, krydret med
det fine været! Og Røværbåten gikk i skytteltrafikk,
for torsdagen er Komlejazz-dag (se
bilder fra Komlejazzen i aug. 98). Vi gleder oss til kvelden.
The town was crowded today. And this was another, fine
summer day, while yesterday was chilly because of the northern breeze.
Today we experienced a real the Sildajazz day, with lots of people around,
outdoor restaurants (selling more than beer), people sunbathing on their
boats, jazz music from the boats and restaurants, and the fine weather
making it perfect! Now we are looking forward to the evening. That's
when the Inner quay is all filled up with people, jazz band play
in every cellar, and people with their day- or week tickets walk from pub
to pub to get the most of it. (Click
