Historiens andre "Ola-Flytt-dag" blir
feiret på Indre kai i dag. Med fiskekonkurranse, rokonkurranse,
båtturer på sundet, sjøbunnrydding,
laksegrilling m.m. skal dagen befestes
som enda en festdag ved sundet som vi kaller vårt. Litt lite folk,
kanskje, men de som var her, hadde det flott i det fine været.
Samtidig ble Kristian
Magnus Vikse utnevnt til årets "Æres Ola Flytt" for sin
bok om ferjemannen Ola Dagsland.

Today, the "Ola -Flytt day" is celebrated
for the second time on the Inner quay. With the "traditional" fishing-
and rowing competition, boat trips on the Smedasundet,
salmon barbequeing and sea
bottom cleaning, this day will be another day of joy by and on our
own sound Smedasund. The people present have a fine day and more to come
( the summer is coming).
The former newspaper editor Kristian
Magnus Vikse
was honored as the "Ola Flytt of the year" for his book
about the ferryman Ola Dagsland (with the nickname Ola Flytt).
