| Vår Frelsers kirke blir
100 år i mars neste år. Feiringen "tjuvstartet" litt med lansering
av en ny bok om kirken som nå er klar for salg. Ansvarlig for enda
en byhistorisk bok er Knut Morland, som har
sørget for en rikt illustrert dokumentasjon av alt fra planlegging,
bygging, menighetsliv og fremtidsplaner. I kirken foregår forberedelsene
for fullt, bl.a. ved at alterpartiet tilbakeføres
til sin opprinnelige utførelse, etter endringene i 1974.

Our Saviours church, the central city church in Haugesund, celebrates
its 100 years anniversary next march. Tuesday this week, a new book (in
norwegian) about the history of the church was released, written / edited
by Knut Morland. At the moment, the church is closed for a month, to be
restored and made ready for the celebration. (check links in the norwegian
