| Det tyske skoleskipet "Undine
von Hamburg" lå ved Indre havn i dag. Båten ble bygget som
frakteseilskute med hjelpemotor i 1931. Under forskjellige navn og fasonger
seilte den i kommersiell drift , bl.a. innrullert i den tyske marine under
krigen, inntil den i begynnelsen av 80-årene ble tilbakeført
til sitt opprinnelige utseende. I dag drives den i regi av stiftelsen Gangway
og etat for ungdom i Hamburg som lastbærende skoleskip, med seilingstillatelse
fra Russland i øst, nord-Norge i nord til Irland i vest.

The german training sailship "Undine von
Hamburg" was moored by the Inner quay today. Built as a cargo ship in 1931,
it is now owned by the foundation Gangway, in cooperation with the department
for youths in Hamburg, Germany, sailing as a cargo carrying training ship
in the north- and baltic sea areas.
