innom Karmsund Videregående
for å ta noen bilder av de som lager Sildabordet for oss. 2 minutt
senere, og vi ville ikke fått med oss de herlige sildarettene som
vi skal nyte i morgen. For her var den hektiske
aktiviteten knyttet til pakking og lasting av alt som inngår.
Pallevis
med Grillkull, serveringsbeger, plastglass, servietter, flatbrød,
drikkevarer, sildeanretninger og alt det andre
vi er så vant med, og kanskje ikke tenker over opprinnelsen til og
strevet som ligger bak. Noen jobber hardt for å få til dette
for oss. Gled dere. Alt er i rute, og været blir visst bra, det og!
Til slutt - et bilde
av råvaren, ferdig filletert og oppkuttet. Uten silda - ville
vi ikke vært her i dag!! Tenk på det.
