Etter uker med urolig hav, har vi hatt noen stille dager. Dermed ble
turen til Røvær en behagelig opplevelse. Og selv om solen
ikke setter farge på landskapet - er da denne haugesundske utpost
et vakkert sted!

After weeks of storms and unpleasant travelling conditions on the sea,
we have had some quiet day's. We had a pleasant trip both to and from Røvær
today. And even without the sun - the countryside of this western outskirt
of Haugesund is beautiful! With their own school, church, and
grocery shop, the population ( app. 100 at the moment ) is growing. They
have frequent boats to and from Haugesund, and - later this year - a brand
new and fast ferry will be ready for use.
Why Røvær in the middle of the week? I have customers there!
